hiring contract shall be between you
the clients and the individual owners
of each apartment. |

Highpoint
cannot accept any liability for anything
that we do not have control over. (i.e.
airlines, loss of luggage, weather,
complex closure, construction work,
management companies, death etc. or
any injury's sustained by guests or
their friends in apartments or surrounding
areas on the complex or any other event,
however caused). All clients are strongly
advised to take out comprehensive travel
insurance. |

A deposit of £50.00 PER WEEK is payable within 7 days of receiving this booking form. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before departure. Please note: All of our apartments are non-smoking, and we do ask you to smoke only on the outside balcony and place all cigarette ends into an ashtray.

| Cancellation:
Provided we are notified as soon
as possible and it is confirmed
in writing, not less than 8 weeks
before departure, then you the
client will not be required to
pay the balance of your holiday.
The deposit however remains non-refundable.

| (4). | All
complaints must be directed to the local
agents in Tenerife during your stay.
Details of which are indicated on your
accommodation voucher. Any claims must
be made to the individual owners of
each apartment and not to Highpoint.

| (5). | Should
circumstances beyond our control force
us to cancel your booking, we will try
to make alternative arrangements. Should
these not be acceptable to you, your
money will be refunded in full. |
| (6). | Apartment
to be vacated by 10.00am day of departure. |
